ALICE MAR APARTMENTS

Alice Mar Apartments is located in Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines. Apartments are located near Gaisano Riverside Mall (10 minutes walk away!) and just 5 minutes ride to the city. :) 


We have semi-furnished and unfurnished apartments.

Semi-furnished has two bedrooms. The master's bedroom which has its own toilet and bath. Queen sized bed (with foam). The other room has separate common toilet and bath, an electric fan, and a single sized bed. Additional payment if you want an aircon in the single room.

• An airconditioner in the masters's bedroom.
• Internet connection (wired/in some units only)
• Single stove 
• Rice Cooker
• Water Dispenser
• Refrigerator
• TV (with cable)
• hot and cold shower
• Electric fan

AVAILABILITY:

- We have 2 more available for rent. Room 10 and 9. Other apartments are occupied already. 
- We only allow a week before arrival for bookings. Since most of our customers are walk in, and we're on a first come first serve basis, but if you're from abroad we will make a booking a week before your arrival. Just call or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. :)
